At The Belonging Dojo, our mission is to create safe spaces where D/deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people can heal, learn, and belong. We blend lived experience, trauma-informed therapy uk, and holistic methods to nurture identity, confidence, and wellbeing.
We offer deaf and neurodivergent support, therapy, and advocacy coaching designed to educate the system, heal the harm, and empower the next generation. Each program or workshop is rooted in belonging, psychological safety, and the belief that everyone’s story holds gold.
Through our work we inspire lasting change: schools become more inclusive, workplaces embrace accessibility, and individuals rebuild self-worth. The Belonging Dojo is more than a service — it’s a movement for identity, equity, and community healing. We are proud of our unique and powerful disability inclusion training.
Through trauma-informed therapy and coaching, we hold space for deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people to process burnout, identity loss, and the emotional weight of exclusion. Rooted in Eastern wisdom and person-centred care, our work supports deep healing — mind, body, and soul.
We deliver training that goes beyond policy. Blending storytelling, psychology, and holistic insight, our lived-experience sessions challenge bias and foster true belonging in schools, teams, and organisations. Inclusion isn’t a checklist — it’s a culture.
Our identity and empowerment workshops help deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent young people reconnect with their worth, their voice, and their future. We teach self-leadership through reflection, compassion, and the wisdom that we are already whole.
