Hear Me is our flagship training programme, developed and delivered by Kerry Tidman, a Deaf therapist, TEDx speaker and inclusion specialist with over a decade of experience.
This is not a tick-box exercise. It is a transformative learning experience that challenges assumptions, builds empathy and gives your team the tools to create genuine belonging for Deaf and disabled colleagues and clients.
